It seems the Invisible Pink Unicorn will be bringing me a meat grinder this Friday. Can't wait!
But where (beside online) can I buy sausage casings around Dallas?
You haven't lived until you've had my copperhead/kiwi hot-links.

Cabellas has them. I'd also bet on Hirsch's and Kuby's being possibilities. Check with Rudolph's as well.
Hey, careful, man, there's a beverage here!

Cabella's? The sporting goods store? Granted, I got my Kalishnakov there, but sausage casings?

Cabela's sells hunting supplies, meat smoking equipment, sausage stuffers, etc.

If in Denton County you might try out Old Town Meat Market in Downtown Lewisville on Mill St or Cajun Smokehouse out in Ponder (links below).

I just called them and both said they didn't sell casings.

I believe that Hirsch's Meats carries sausage casings.

I am almost sure Cabelas has them. I purchased my dad some wildgame sausage there and they have everything.
